Typically, commercial bronze wire mesh has a material chemical composition of: 90% Copper, 10% Zinc.
The popular specifications featured here represent some of the larger opening sizes commonly requested in bronze wire mesh. Usually considered heavy duty items, 1” x 1” and ¾” x ¾” specifications often require custom manufacturing and are commonly used in various decorative or architectural applications, like wall coverings, infill panels and decorative signage. Other specifications, like 1/2” x 1/2" Mesh and 1/4" x 1/4" Mesh, are used in cabinetry, air vents and particle separation.
